RYT 300 stands for Registered Yoga Teacher - 300. It is advanced 300 hour training that teaches its trainees to teach principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced and detailed than those taught in the RYT 200 course.

The difference between 200 and 300 hour yoga training is that your 200–hour teaching certificate is the basic level of training that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. It means that you are certified to teach yoga and eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT 200.

Whereas when you complete your 300-hour program, it means you have a total of 500 hours of yoga teacher training. You are eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT 500, which means that you are able to teach yoga with the deeper knowledge and skills developed through more extensive training and study.

If you are interested in developing your teaching skills and want to be able to share the practice of Yoga with others, then the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course is for you. It will expand your knowledge and understanding of yoga, enabling you to become a well-rounded yoga practitioner.

There are generally 20 - 25 students per batch of the 300 hours of yoga teacher training course.

As your 300 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh unfolds, you will learn to teach yoga with a focus on spirituality and practical application.

As a student in this specialized course, you will gain the skills to safely guide your students through postures, meditation and pranayama. You will become knowledgeable about anatomy, as well as learn how to perform Shat Kriyas (cleansing techniques) that deeply detoxify your body by removing toxins through three stages of cleansing: internal, external and secret.

This course also covers teaching methodology including how to speak in front of an audience, bandhas (energy locks) and a spiritual approach to teaching yoga.
